Risk
New beginnings are full of it, risk that is.

The last time I made a career change was with my move from Pittsburgh to Las Vegas. My wife and I had just gotten married and we were putting some distance between ourselves and, an issue…alright it was my mother. But, that’s beside the point. In two weeks I went from digital imaging and print with almost 20 years in the scientific community to creating slot-glass in the casino gaming industry.
Now after 15 years of the casino scene, moving through the ranks from artist to technical artist, within the same company, I had a new issue. I got COVID-ed. And yes, I can make that into a verb. Now I do this for my wife and daughters. I make a new career change and move into the realm of becoming a programmer and Unity developer.
A new beginning, for the second time, with new risks. And, I start tomorrow.
